Innovative intelligent thread tension control technology
HIKARI pioneered intelligent thread tension control technology. Through big data algorithms, thread tension can be reduced to 1/3 of the original. When sewing extremely thin or thick fabrics, frequent adjustments are unnecessary. Thread breakage probability is greatly reduced, and stitches are neat and beautiful.
Fast sewing speed
HIKARI multi-needle machines have a standard factory speed of 3500 RPM, up to 4500 RPM. Traditional multi-needle machines are typically 2000 RPM. Other brands’ multi-needle machines generally have factory speeds around 3000 RPM. Compared to a top Japanese brand’s multi-needle machine, production efficiency is about 15% higher.
Long service life
HIKARI multi-needle machines solve the problem of high part wear in traditional "lever-type" technology through structural reconstruction. Service life is doubled compared to traditional structures.
High automation
HIKARI automated sewing workstations can achieve automatic layering, grabbing, transferring, sewing, and material collection without human intervention. One person can operate multiple machines, improving production efficiency and reducing labor costs.
Good heat dissipation performance
HIKARI H68S uses a self-developed integrated sewing machine heat dissipation device. It enables air circulation to dissipate heat for components such as the electromechanical control box and motor. It solves problems like speed reduction and increased failure rate caused by high temperatures, maintaining operational efficiency and extending machine service life.
Excellent operation experience
For example, HIKARI 9V2 sewing machine uses a stepper motor for thread cutting, with low noise and silent presser foot lifting. It has good stability and is equipped with an electronic induction knee lifter. The operation space is large, and usage is light and convenient.
